Taxis for getting around are plentiful and cheap , and it’s better to be near the city center and souks for eating , shopping, etc. make sure that you give the correct landmark to the drivers , as they do not know all the ways very well.
It’s better to carry the maps with you , as it is convenient for you and for the driver.
